I think there is a train downtown. Never left the airport in the city, but took the train from outside. Help anyone.
My main point is that you have no problem with non-English speakers should have. Most people speak some English (Really, British American English) and most are very helpful. I worked for a country, Sweden, and traveled there 4 or 5 times per year. I've never had a problem. The people are very nice.

Sorry, ignore what I said if you had read, I mixed train and bus.
The bus is considered Flygbuss costs SEK 175 and back, it takes about 40 minutes from the airport to downtown (City Terminal) every 15 minutes.
The Arlanda Express, the costs of 240 in each direction if you are under 25 years or student ID card in this case, half the price. Trains leave every hour and takes 20 minutes.
Tickets can be purchased at the airport or by credit card on the bus. Most Swedes speak very good English does not worry about language problems.
Have fun in Sweden :-)

You can buy a ticket for public bus, the bus company called presbyran SL in the vicinity of Terminal 5 You can take the bus, I forgot the bust, no, my 65 years or so, in May at the information desk, takes the bus 15 minutes to the train station Märsta. From there you can into the center of downtown. A ticket costs only 22 kr. it is the cheapest.

Otherwise, 2nd cheapest Flygbuss pass through the airport, which takes about 40 minutes. costs about 100 kroner.

There is a mainline, which are more expensive to go, but in 20 minutes.
