How can I get rid of a pain in my hand? - simple hand written wills
That makes things simple, like opening doors and write very painful. I always use my left hand for everything, because the law is a mess. I do not know, because I'm not old arthiritis. If someone pressures on the right thumb, which ached and sends this pain in my hand with the palm area. It hurts the worst on the side of my hand. I do not know if it's muscle or bone pain. Can be both. Flaten hurts my hand on a flat surface. It is swollen, which is a good sign.
My hand is the problem a month ago, but it disappears after a few days. I woke up one morning. I hope that clear at this time. I will try to see a doctor, not go away or gets worse. I just want to know what to say out there.
What could have caused my share of injuries and pain, and how can I help?

After carpal tunnel playing guitar, so be careful when you use your finger and hand muscles.
